Stuart's background is in Music, Marketing and Advertising, working with Cunning, Freud Communications and A&M Records.
Devstars was founded by Stuart in 2003 and took a key role in managing clients and projects with long time collaborator Miles Gripton.
Around 24 years ago, he moved across to digital as the web was taking off. He gained experience creating and developing web-based platforms for clients as diverse as Nokia, Timberland and Capital One. He was the G4S Global Intelligence system's principal architect used to monitor security threats and provide travellers with geofencing alerts worldwide.
Stuart's was based in Los Angeles during the early days of the web, working with House of Blues New Media division on live webcast projects partnering with RealAudio and RealVideo. Moving back to the UK he developed sites and hosting solutions for Radiohead, Mcfly, Taylor Swift and two MTV European Music Awards.
In the lead up to the 2012 Olympics, he lead a team developing a system for monitoring and recording important passenger data used at Heathrow that are still in service today. Now replicated the system is in use at multiple airports worldwide, including Newark, NJ, Atlanta and Portland.
Stuart has recently been working on digital projects for SlimFast, Islabikes and several government projects.
