Stuart’s background is in Music, Marketing and Advertising working with companies such as Cunning, Freud Communications and A&M Records.
Devstars was founded by Stuart in 2003 and takes a key role in managing clients and projects with long time collaborator Miles Gripton.
Around 25 years ago he moved across to digital as the web was taking off where he gained experience creating and developing web-based platforms for clients as diverse as Nokia, Timberland and Capital One. He was the principal architect of G4S Global Intelligence system used to monitor security threats and provide travellers with geofenced alerts worldwide.
In the early days of the web, Stuart’s was based on Los Angeles working with House of Blues New Media division on live webcast projects partnering with RealAudio and RealVideo. Moving back to the UK Stuart developed sites and hosting solutions for Radiohead, Mcfly, Taylor Swift and two MTV European Music Awards.
In the lead to the 2012 Olympics h lead a team that developed systems for monitoring and recording important passenger data used at Heathrow that are still in service today. The system has now been replicated in multiple airports including Newark, NJ, Atlanta and Portland.
Most recently Stuart has been working on digital projects for SlimFast, Hadid Caviar and a number of government projects.
