Bespoke front-end design and built integrated with Salesforce/Propertybase
Investors in Property handle more chalets and apartments for sale in the Alps than any other company. With an unrivalled knowledge of the ski resorts and market they needed a website and mobile app to to support the business.
Prior to our involvement, Investors in Property were using SalesForce as a CRM tool, along with its Propertybase plugin to manage their property portfolio. They were also having to re-enter all the data again into their WordPress site, resulting in a lot of admin for the Investors in Property team.
To simplify day-to-day management for the client, we built a bespoke site that pulled directly from SalesForce. Data could be centrally managed in one place, pushing information to both website and native app.
For the front-end, we improved usability by bringing Search and Filtering functionality to the forefront, supporting listings with great imagery that really help sell the properties.
Data was held locally, and along with optimised front-end code, delivers blistering fast page load times.
On top of that, the Resort guides, News and FAQ sections make the site useful to anyone planning a ski trip.
Our most recent update to IIP is a German-language front end that specifically targets the German-speaking Swiss visitors. Utilising the English language core we created the new site that switches to alternate content when the investorsinproperty.ch domain is used.
For the time being the client has elected to not translate the property database but home, news, selling info and contact all support German content.
