Job Description – Digital Project Manager
You will be the primary point of client contact on a day to day basis representing Devstars on our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all parties (internal and external) to ensure the complete and on-time delivery of all activity defined in a roadmap that has been agreed with the client.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the effective delivery of campaigns to a high industry standard
- Develop effective business relationships with clients
- Coordinate regular client communications and meetings
- Report/manage project performance with notes on client expectations and internal delivery
- Raise and manage all issues to resolution within the company’s management system
- Guide new clients through online project management tools
- Manage the forecast of future production activity
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Digital Project Management with at least a years demonstrable experience in a web related environment, agency or client side, delivering multiple digital projects simultaneously
- Excellent at scheduling, calm under pressure with a talent for pushing the project along, keeping everything on track
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- First class communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Good working knowledge of web technologies, web build processes and online campaigns
Qualifications:
- Graduate level education (or equivalent)
- Prince2 Foundation certified preferable
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Can have a Digital design based background
